Use Messaging Templates to help staff quickly respond to guest requests. You can update the standard messaging templates or create your own.
To begin either task you must navigate to Staff Management > Teams.
Simply select the Front Desk Team, then scroll down to the Messaging Templates.
Select the template you wish to edit and Update.
After selecting your team, scroll down to the Messaging Templates and select the Add Template button.
Fill out the details accordingly and select Add Template when done.
